1. Services

ASPHOST.UK provides web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration, and email services. Service specifications (disk, bandwidth, features) are listed on each plan at the time of order.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact information so we can reach you about billing and service notices.

3. Payment

Services are billed in British Pounds (GBP / £). Payment is due before or at the time of activation unless otherwise agreed. We accept card payments and bank transfer. Services may be suspended for overdue invoices.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use our services for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware distribution, copyright infringement, or activities that harm network stability. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

5. Uptime & support

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. UK-based support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time. Tickets and email are accepted anytime.

6. Refunds

Many plans include a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refund eligibility depends on the service type and whether provisioning has begun. Contact support before requesting a refund — each case is reviewed individually.
